tara m waysok. photography. 2014.

A downside to being married to a chef is the need for making up for lost time. Chefs work a lot. Devoted chefs work more. With all the hours he puts in, I have to take on a lot more at home—making it difficult to juggle a freelance career of my own. I have to say “no” to friends more often then I would like. I will never have a regular schedule. I can’t plan anything in advance—yet I wouldn’t have it any other way. We are so close because we cherish the little time together that we have. And on days like today, after working 36 hours in a row (with a nap in between), he is spending time with the kids so I can put this blog post together. I really appreciate all that he does for us and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

With limited time, I managed to pull off some great photo shoots this past year. (I’ll write a post about my experiences with newborn photo shoots too!) Here are my favorite photos from shoots I’ve done in 2014. A few photos are taken from previous posts and some are new to wordpress.  I hope you have a wonderful new year and I’m looking forward to hearing from all of you throughout 2015!
